Whether you’re organizing a group convention, promoting a concert, or producing an off-Broadway show or sporting event, our 39,000 square-foot arena is designed for superior flexibility and functionality.
Inside the main arena, our fixed retractable seating can accommodate over 3200 people. Additional floor chairs can be used to seat larger audiences up to 4500 people. If seating isn’t required, our retractable seats can retract in, leaving 37,000 square feet of open floor space, excellent for events such as tradeshows or banquets. The arena can also transform into two separate rooms via a sound-proof dividable wall to accommodate smaller functions or breakout configurations.
Our spacious lobby is also versatile and can be used for concession and merchandise sales, as well as vendor booths or event registration. The lobby was also designed with the comfort of patrons in mind; there is convenient access to restrooms, an ATM, and a full-service box office, which is a certified Ticketmaster outlet.
Backstage, the Civic Center is equipped with a private staging area as well as six dressing rooms, which include four large team rooms and two small “Star” rooms for privacy, each having restroom and shower facilities.
