Parking Lots
The Barry P. Bonvillain Civic Center parking lots are paved and can support off to 1,600 vehicles. The venue does not charge fees for event parking.
Solicitation
Distribution of promotional items, handbills, flyers, pamphlets, printed materials, as well as the collection of signatures and personal information is not permitted on Barry P. Bonvillain Civic Center property without prior, written authorization from Civic Center management and the client renting the facility.
Parking Lot Rental
Rental rates may be charged when the parking lot space is specifically used as an event space, not to include event parking. Visit the Rental page for more information.
RV Parking
Parking Lot C is equipped with pedestals that can support approximately 200 recreational vehicles. Pedestals include complete access to water and 30/50 amp electricity outlets. Sewage dumping stations are available on property.
RV Rates
One day/night $30.00
Sewage dumping without stay $7.00
Maximum length of stay is 10 days per month and 40 days per calendar year.
Registration
RV guest are required to register at the Civic Center Executive Office during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. excluding holidays. If arriving outside office houses, call 985-850-4657 IN ADVANCE of your arrival to register by phone. A 4% service charge will be applied to credit card payments.
Availability
RV parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis when the parking lot is available. RV parking may be unavailable during large events and functions that use the parking lot as an event space. Due to a changing event schedule, RV reservations are not available. RV guests are encouraged to call 985-850-4657 prior to your planned stay to verify availability.
